In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, which form part of and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.

Unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply across all pk997 promotions:

• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.

A bet or wager is confirmed and binding once pk997's systems have accepted and recorded it. pk997 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a manifest pricing error, a software malfunction, or any other technical error that results in an obviously incorrect price or outcome. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. While pk997 takes reasonable technical precautions, it does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond pk997's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions.

In any case where pk997's liability cannot be excluded by law, pk997's total aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total amount of Funds deposited by that Player into their pk997 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk997 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via a notification displayed upon login or via the email address registered to the Player's account. Non-material amendments may be made without specific notification but will always be reflected in the updated version of these Terms published on the Platform.

Your continued use of the pk997 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account by contacting pk997 support.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk997 holds its international gaming licence.
